We’re Joshua and Lauren Dahl and we're the owners of Nova Patisserie! Nova Patisserie was born from Joshua's sweet gift of baking. He has been concocting desserts in the kitchen since he was 15 years old, so we decided to take his passion for creating sweet treats and make it mobile. Now with over 10 years of commercial kitchen experience, loads of hard work, and a bit of that entrepreneurial itch, Nova Patisserie was born. And we can't wait to share it with you.
